The Reinforcer
Andrew "The Reinforcer" Anderson is an absolute beast who is a 28 year veteran of Ring Wars - and don't get us started on his cage matches! When we set out to blend a coffee for him we knew that the Reinforcer had to be strong and bold!
The Reinforcer is a Brazil/Columbia blend that we slow roast to dark - the slow roasting takes away the acidity while allowing the bold flavors to shine. This full bodied blend has notes of cocoa and nuts with hints of caramel.
Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.
Medium/Light - Roasted to first crack. Called a City Roast.
Medium - Roasted after first cracks before well before second crack. Called a City+ Roast.
Medium/Dark - Roasted to the start of second cracks.
Dark - Roasted from the start of second cracks to 15 seconds into second cracks.
Very Dark - Roasted beyond 15 seconds into second cracks.
