Bob the Cigar Guy - Berserker Bear
Berserker Bear is the second coffee in the Bob the Cigar Guy line. This time, Bob left it up to Cheif to pick the blend. Stephen knew right away he wanted to go with a medium roast - smart guy, not everyone loves the dark roast!
So, we starting working with different beans from all over the world, trying to find the right combination for this special roast for Stephen. After some sampling by Stephen, Bob and their family, Stephen picked the one that we thought was amazing.
Berserker Bear is a 3-bean blend that includes Honduran, Costa Rica and Brazilian Peaberry beans. The Honduran and Costa Rica beans provide milk chocolate, roasted almonds, and caramel. The Brazilian Peaberry (the star of this show) adds some added caffeine kick, cane sugar sweetness and hints of granola. Roasting this blend medium really enhances the flavor profile.
As with The Perfect Pair, $1 of the each bag sold will be donated to Cigar for Warriors to assist with their shipping costs.
