Tumbleweed
Tumbleweed is our second blend for the Frontier Collection. This is a 3 bean blend that has beans from Peru, Costa Rica and Honduras. We test roasted this blend at various levels and decided that a medium roast brought out the flavor profile we were looking for - chocolate, nuttiness, raises and hints of caramel can be expected. The medium roast settles well in the mouth and isn't too heavy, but that doesn't mean this blend in light in depth or caffeine!
Tumbleweed is a must try for medium roast enthusiast and should be tried by those that like a darker roast but long for deep flavors of chocolate, nuts and raisins. The low acidity of this roast makes for some easy sipping!
