Columbia Huila El Tiple
We've known all along that we wanted to offer a single origin Columbian coffee. After all, Columbia is a powerhouse in the coffee world. After trying several, we feel like we have found our bean. Hula El Tiple is from a small farm in the regions of Antioquia, Santander or Cundinamarca.
The flavor profile of chocolate, nut and citrus was exactly what we were looking for and offer it up as a medium/dark roast. The "in the middle" roast should satisfy both medium and dark roast enthusiasts.
Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.
