After months of discussion and countless test blends Bob settled on this single origin Tanzanian roasted dark. This coffee is bold, yet velvety smooth and surprisingly refined – kinda sounds like Bob doesn’t it!! This roast is medium to full body that provides a flavor profile that everyone should love. Chocolate, berry sweetness and cedar are pronounced, each taking turns on the palate. This coffee is enjoyable all times of the day and makes a solid iced coffee in the afternoon.

Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.

Medium/Light - Roasted to first crack. Called a City Roast.

Medium - Roasted after first cracks before well before second crack. Called a City+ Roast.

Medium/Dark - Roasted to the start of second cracks.

Dark - Roasted from the start of second cracks to 15 seconds into second cracks.

Very Dark - Roasted beyond 15 seconds into second cracks.
