Early Bird
Everyone has heard "Early Bird gets the worm." Well, in frontier Wyoming it isn't about the worm, it's about having so much to do and needing to start early. We don't know a rancher that starts his day after the sun is up. Early Bird is a dark roast with a little caffeine boost that will get you going in the morning. A blend for those in our neck of the woods that start their day before day break.
Early Bird is a 3 bean blend, roasted dark with that little extra boost to help you get your day going. This blend took us a while to get right, the right amount of boost while maintaining the flavor profile.
This is a must try for those that love a smooth cup of coffee in the morning that will get you going with dark chocolate, dried fruit and earthiness notes. Early Bird is a blend that is in our rotation and should be in yours.
Light - Roasted to our lightest level. Usually before first cracks end. Called a Half City Roast.
Medium/Light - Roasted to first crack. Called a City Roast.
Medium - Roasted after first cracks before well before second crack. Called a City+ Roast.
Medium/Dark - Roasted to the start of second cracks.
Dark - Roasted from the start of second cracks to 15 seconds into second cracks.
Very Dark - Roasted beyond 15 seconds into second cracks.
